Danno and I will be showing up for sure, and we hope to see many of you there also! Since it rained this week, it should be sweet! Here's a link to their flyer:

The weather's looking good for down there and I'm stoked for this ride. Remember, it's the last dualsport series event for the year!

FYI, for those of you riding the upcoming Adventure Enduro, this dualsport ride is using the same area, so a great time to get a feel for the area. :thumbright:

I thought it was a Very Cool ride
since I did not have any heat in my motel room
(the baseboard heater circuit breaker ~ broke)
so I just put on on my thermies to go to bed
and had extra cofffie nudgies in the AM

I noticed a furgen nugin wobblie in the rear bearing axle
upon loading bin rydin into the trailer
before i left the coast
i could wobble the ass end around a farlong (but not a peke)
so i did pretty good on the first check (60points)

from there it was "all downhill"
and these 250's ARE pretty good at DownHill (i must say...)

slightly lighter, with the same brakes
and all...

but that old inability to read the roll chart
and see the trail always is a bother
since mine eyes are not so good anymore
i have the bin rydin glasses
but they don't see the roll chart
no more

by the time i got to raw chicken lunch
the durn beverton boyes had dusted me
Walt! you Nave...

i can keep just ploinkin alonge
singin this song
and get into gas
before being lunched

Response to Trailside Poet, the lovely and talented Bonnie: we love ya.

The 250's took a big hit this weekend: your loossey rear and, yes, a front flatty on my "L" near Toketee ended my Sunday ride.

I think I got this from you: to whomever unstrapped and stole my full gas can from the trailer, are you feelin' lucky? Is it Chevron with Techron, or Chevron with Kayro? Ha!

All seriousness aside, it was such a great event that I've been telling people about it who don't even care!

well yes that Karo Syrupe thingamabobbie
could leave them in a gulch perhaps
there is the instant Karma, and now the delayed version
coming out soon ~~~
ChucklePlex will decide in the end

UPS just delivered the new rear wheel bearings
and i looked in my service records and found these notes about that,,,
the stockers were replaced in the fall of 2002 with boat trailer greased ones, so it is about time, at the same time i replaced the whole rear drive train, which i am doing again this coming next weekend

there is a weekend ? right???
hey ~ most people don't care
so shove it in their face
what have you got to lose ?

lee to lee

sorry about that flat, and that some unsqrupuose rider took your gas can
a thousand pockes be upon their trail, i say...

don't you be a tellin people about my loosy rear end ~ you hear ?
I don't want cowbot "losseiynuts" Dan or the Tawm\inator
sweepin too close "behind" me next July
understand ?

comprede?
perhaps Ilse could deal with it...

Dawn, please give back Dan's dull butter Knife... ASAP

Hey Gordon,
That sucks about some goof stealing your gas can! Same thing happened to me at China Hat ISDE last year.
