Hillsboro/Portland area cycle shops for XR400 engine work

Whip out those license plates and winkies! Talk about whatever you want, as long as it's about dualsporting.

Hillsboro/Portland area cycle shops for XR400 engine work

Postby RoscoePColtrane » Sat Feb 19, 2005 7:51 am

Hi,
I live in Hillsboro and am looking for a shop in the general area to do some engine work on an XR400, I'm looking to re-sleeve the cylinder for a 440cc kit, I'm wondering if anyone has any recomendations or past experiences with any cycle shops or machinists in the area. Thanks...

Roscoe,
I only have experience with Beaverton Honda and D&S Cycle (Aloha). They both do good work and, other than those, can't direct you to anyone else.
Good luck,
